ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Pam Mencimer, and I’m passionate about helping women heal their minds, bodies, and souls through the power of trauma-informed yoga. I started teaching veterans, active-duty military, and their families after experiencing firsthand how yoga can be a transformative tool for those navigating PTS, trauma, and injury recovery.

My own yoga journey began over five years ago when I turned to the practice to rehab from a back injury. While I loved the physical benefits, what truly resonated with me was the deep spiritual connection I found on my mat. That experience inspired me to become a yoga instructor so I could give back—especially to women veterans who deserve a space for healing and renewal.

I hold multiple wellness certifications, including two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings (one Christ-centered), along with specialty training in trauma, injury rehabilitation, and metabolism and nutrition. My approach is grace-based and holistic, focusing on full-body wellness rather than just movement.

I’m a Colorado native living on the Western Slope with my husband, Dan. I’m also a proud mom and grandmother who believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter where they are on their wellness journey. My mission is to meet you where you are and guide you toward strength, healing, and vibrant health—one breath at a time.
